We only receive payment when you receive your compensation. That is why you are not running any risk. Our standard fee amounts to 29%.
Where do you have the right when your flight is cancelled?
- All the above compensations are also applicable if your flight is cancelled.
- As an additional note, you have the right to a different flight at the earliest opportunity if space is available.
- If your flight has been cancelled by the airline, you have the right to a free rebooking and/or an offer for an alternative flight to your destination.
- This can also be the case with other airlines under similar transport conditions. These rights are established in Regulation 261/2004.
- The offered alternative must comply with the cancelled travel conditions. For example, if you fly a day later, you can decide not to travel anymore. You should then get your money back for your ticket. You then have no right anymore to a refund of extra incurred costs.
- Should you decide to book a different flight because you dont like the offered alternative, then you should also get your money for the ticket back. If your new ticket costs more, then the difference should be reimbursed by the airline.
- If you accept the alternative and it would make you depart earlier or arrive later at your final destination, then there is a possibility that you may be entitled to compensation that can amount up to € 600,- per person.
- In case of a replacement flight to another local airport, you are also entitled to transfer to the original airport. This can be done by train, bus or taxi.
At a delay of at least 2 hours at the departure airport, you have the right to:
Eating & Drinking
From 2 oclock onwards, there will be an extra waiting period granting you free food.
This applies only if there is time for it.
Of course, this is not unlimited.
Refunds
After 5 hours of delay, you may forego your flight and request a refund.
If a suitcase needs to be removed.
Refund within 7 days.
Communication
Optionally: 2 emails, 2 faxes or 2 phone calls.
Accomodation
Only in case of necessary overnight stay and transfer.
